About this role

HealthVerity is seeking a Vice President, Associate General Counsel to partner with the EVP & General Counsel in evolving legal, compliance, and contracting functions across the combined HealthVerity and Symphony Health businesses. This role serves as the primary legal resource for sales, partnerships, data, and privacy teams, shaping the legal function and integration from the ground floor. The position involves advising on data licensing, privacy laws, and compliance programs while mentoring team members and improving contracting workflows.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate healthcare data and software licenses and commercial agreements
Advise on federal and state privacy laws governing healthcare and consumer data
Maintain and strengthen compliance programs including policies and risk assessments

J.D.active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
