The Vice President, Client Strategies at HUB leads the region’s cross-sell strategy across all business lines, working with sales leaders, producers, and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize revenue opportunities. The role partners with data analytics, marketing, and sales enablement to develop targeted campaigns, actionable account intelligence, and regional initiatives that drive cross-sell revenue. This position reports to the Region Chief Sales Officer and focuses on improving conversion and pipeline performance across the region.
