Vice President, Country Programs

The Vice President, Country Programs leads the delivery of Fika's four active country programs focused on rural infrastructure access in Sub-Saharan Africa. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this senior role provides strategic direction and operational oversight to Country Directors, ensuring alignment with national governments and organizational goals. The position requires managing high-level government partnerships, advancing five-year country strategies, and ensuring technical excellence in infrastructure projects like bridges and transport systems.
