About this role
The Vice President of FP&A at Perforce will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management functions within a private equity–backed software business. This executive will partner with the CFO, CEO, and PE sponsors to drive financial insight, operating discipline, and value creation while owning the operating model, recurring revenue metrics, and investor reporting. The role will also build a scalable FP&A organization to support growth, margin expansion, and exit readiness.
