Vice President, Integration Management Office

The Vice President, Integration Management Office is accountable for the end-to-end execution of the Bank's enterprise integration, bringing two established Canadian banking businesses together into a stronger, more efficient, and more competitive combined bank. This cross-bank role serves as the connective tissue between the Executive Leadership Team, the Board, regulators, and external vendors, setting the standards, decision gates, and reporting structure for delivery teams. The role focuses on maintaining the integrated master plan, central value case objectives, and program budget while converting complexity into actionable decisions and execution plans.
