Vice President, NA Solution Development

The Vice President, NA Solution Development is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing Dematic's end-to-end solution strategy across North America. This position drives the development of innovative, scalable, and commercially compelling solutions to enable profitable growth, improved win rates, and strong customer outcomes. The role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to balance innovation, commercial viability, and execution readiness.
