About this role

The Vice President, Solutions Architecture – EMEA will lead a regional pre‑sales organization of roughly 130 solutions architects and people leaders, shaping the technical go‑to‑market strategy and partnering with sales to win complex modernization and AI workloads across the region. This executive will act as a technical ambassador for MongoDB’s most strategic customers, drive transformation of the solutions architecture function toward consumption growth, and oversee budgeting, talent development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
