Compass Health Center is hiring an Adult Psychiatrist to provide fully virtual care within its PHP and IOP programs treating mood and anxiety disorders. The role is part of a mission-driven, physician-led organization that emphasizes clinical quality and allows psychiatrist autonomy to develop individualized treatment approaches. Clinicians will primarily serve patients based in Illinois with opportunities for multistate virtual expansion and follow a four-day, 10-hour schedule (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central).

Qualifications
