The Associate Medical Director will join Compass Health Center's Virtual Psychiatry Team to provide clinical leadership and direct patient care within evening PHP/IOP virtual programs. This role supports teams primarily serving Illinois (with expansion to other states) and partners with Medical Directors and program leaders to implement strategic initiatives and improve clinical outcomes. The position follows a four-day, 10-hour evening schedule and emphasizes physician-led quality, supervision, and program integration.
