Vocational Counselor

This role is responsible for conducting orientation and initial assessments for new participants to identify employment barriers and develop individualized plans leading to competitive employment. The position involves providing vocational counseling, training, and job development services while monitoring client progress and maintaining relationships with referral sources. Additionally, the role includes post-placement follow-along and consultation with employers to support client success.
