About this role
The VoIP Support Engineer on the QoS & Carrier Solutions team will ensure high-quality voice and SMS services by owning carrier-related initiatives and long-term systems engineering projects. The role acts as a technical escalation point, mentors junior engineers, and partners across Support, NOC, Engineering, Product, and Leadership to maintain and scale the carrier ecosystem. It’s a hands-on position focused on improving stability, monitoring, and operational processes for Convoso’s voice stack.
