Volunteer and Internship Program Manager

The Volunteer and Internship Program Manager leads programs that connect community members with opportunities to learn, contribute, and become part of The Mariners' Team and Mission. This full-time role involves managing the entire volunteer and internship lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, recognition, and development.
