Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator determines volunteer assistance needs at the Unity Health System/St. Mary’s Campus and collaborates with department managers to develop programs that meet those needs. This role involves recruiting, screening, and placing volunteers while serving as a resource for their day-to-day supervision and activities. The coordinator also works with community organizations to expand the volunteer base and manages volunteer recognition events.
