Volunteer Manager

The Volunteer Manager supports Champions For Learning’s mission by overseeing all aspects of volunteer engagement, including recruitment, onboarding, training, placement, and ongoing support. Working under the Director of Community Engagement, the role ensures volunteers are matched effectively with student and educator programs, maintains databases, and coordinates events and communications to foster a welcoming, relationship‑centered volunteer experience.
