About this role
Synchrony is hiring a Vice President, Collections Strategy Delivery to lead the design, testing, implementation and validation of collections and internal recovery contact strategies across channels and platforms. The role supports strategic client and product initiatives, manages regulatory-sensitive processes, and leads a global team while reporting to the SVP, Collections & Recovery Strategy within the Credit organization.
