The VP of Corporate Development at MeridianLink will lead M&A activities, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on acquisition and divestiture initiatives. This role encompasses managing the end-to-end deal process—from identifying targets to due diligence, negotiations, and integration—while collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and product. Additionally, the VP will develop and execute the M&A agenda, create financial models for the CEO and Board, and nurture relationships with external partners to drive strategic growth in a SaaS environment. A proven track record in corporate development, transaction execution, and the ability to engage with senior leadership is essential.
