About this role

A VP of Engineering for a new product within Veeva, leading the development of an AI-driven platform to transform how Life Sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development.

Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Recruit and cultivate a high-performing team of individual contributor engineers, inspiring individuals to achieve outsized impact through mentorship and support
Enhance Processes: Continuously define and establish development processes with heavy use of AI tooling as the team evolves, promoting agility and efficiency
Ship & Collaborate: Take ownership of product delivery end-to-end, working closely with product stakeholders to align on priorities and ship features that meet our strategic goals
Strategic Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, helping to navigate decisions and drive team alignment with broader organizational objectives
Build and grow engineering organization from the ground up, with ownership of how the team works, hires, and ships
