Responsibilities

Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization of 30-60 engineers
Engage in complex system design and architecture discussions with senior engineers
Pioneer the integration of AI capabilities into the software development lifecycle
Own engineering delivery and operational excellence to ensure predictable execution
Manage the engineering department's fiscal health including budget and headcount
