This role is a senior HR operations leader reporting to the Chief People Officer and serving on the People Leadership Team to strengthen and scale Oura’s global People function. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and involves regular collaboration with colleagues in Finland and occasional international travel. The ideal candidate brings deep HR experience supporting high-growth, globally distributed organizations and will help shape long-term HR strategy and capability.
