The VP of Incident Management & Operational Resilience will design and lead dLocal’s global incident management function across technology, operations, security, and business domains. This executive role owns the company-wide framework, governance, and lifecycle for critical incidents, ensuring consistent, predictable, and transparent handling across regions. The position is highly cross-functional, partnering with senior leaders and the Board to meet regulatory expectations and support a NASDAQ-listed, high-growth fintech environment. It also drives continuous improvement by embedding learnings from incidents into strategy, risk management, and investment decisions.
