The VP, Resilience Governance and Testing Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining the bank’s resilience strategy and Operational Recovery Planning and Incident Management framework in line with industry standards and regulatory expectations. The role ensures the bank can respond to and recover critical business services under severe but plausible scenarios and leads resilience testing and exercises to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements.
