VP - Managing Director, Ventures Investing

The Vice President & Managing Director, Ventures Investing leads G.E.H.A.’s Innovation Fund and Innovation Partnership programs, owning their strategic direction and operational management to advance healthcare innovation for association members. Reporting to the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer, this role represents the fund to the Board, manages investment processes from sourcing to exits, and engages externally with startups and the venture community. The position also oversees partnership initiatives, drives cultural adoption of innovation across the organization, and directs a cross-functional team to deliver strategic and financial value.
