About this role
The VP of Finance will lead Pursuit’s finance function across its nonprofit and Public Benefit Corporation, shaping financial infrastructure, models, and systems to support long-term growth and sustainability. This executive role partners with leadership to evaluate opportunities, design funding and operating models, and provide financial guidance to the Board and external stakeholders. The position reports to the COO and will build a disciplined planning, forecasting, and reporting cadence while developing a lean finance team.
