About this role
The Head of Job Outcomes will establish and scale Pursuit’s new employment function to increase sustained employment for Pursuit Builders within an AI-native social impact organization. This senior leader will set vision, build the team and organizational capabilities, and align cross-functional efforts to translate Pursuit’s training into measurable job outcomes. The role centers on driving equitable economic mobility by connecting program graduates to high-quality, AI-native tech roles.
