The VP of Manufacturing & Quality will lead Fellow's quality and sustaining functions, developing and executing strategies that support rapid growth and exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on executive will build and manage quality teams across the US and China, report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, and ensure robust systems for product reliability, compliance, and supplier performance. The role is based in San Francisco and requires regular on-site collaboration while supporting overlap with Asia-based teams.
