VP of Practice Management

The Vice President of Practice Management provides executive leadership for the operational performance of the health center's practices and service sites, translating organizational strategy into efficient, patient-centered operations. This role collaborates with clinical, finance, HR, and other leaders to develop standardized systems, ensure compliance with FQHC and regulatory standards, and drive improvements in access, quality, and financial sustainability. The position oversees multi-site operations, patient experience, revenue cycle performance, and workforce development to support the organization's mission of serving underserved communities.
