Apex Service Partners is seeking a VP of People Ops Shared Services to build and lead a centralized HR engine supporting over 150 locations and 12,000 team members. This strategic role absorbs the technical complexity of payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS to ensure consistent execution across the organization, particularly during aggressive expansion and merger & acquisition activities. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the successful candidate will design scalable systems, standardize processes, and manage a lean team to elevate the employee experience in the home services industry.
