The VP, Performance Management & Learning Development will design and operate IIX’s performance management system while building a learning ecosystem that supports employee growth and aligns with the organization’s impact mission. The role partners with HR business partners and senior leaders to ensure performance processes are fair, linked to compensation and development, and that learning programs address identified capability gaps.
