Gladia
This role leads the end-to-end scaling of Gladia's revenue engine from single-digit to tens of millions in ARR, overseeing sales, partnerships, customer success, and forward-deployed engineering. Reporting to the COO, the leader will build the team, define go-to-market strategies, and establish repeatable commercial processes for an API business backed by OVH Groupe.
Gladia is an enterprise-grade Speech-to-Text API platform offering real-time (WebSocket) and asynchronous transcription with multilingual support and audio intelligence. The API includes diarization, translation, summarization, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and 100+ languages, all accessible via REST and WebSocket in a single, feature-rich call. It serves developers and platforms worldwide—such as meeting assistants, CCaaS, voice agents, and media apps—with fast, low-latency transcription. Gladia emphasizes security and flexible deployment (SOC 2, GDPR, cloud regions, on-premises/air-gapped options) to meet strict data residency and privacy needs.
