The VP, Small Commercial Field Sales & Distribution is an executive leader on the Small Commercial leadership team responsible for guiding sales and distribution strategy across the business segment. Reporting to the President of Small Commercial, this role oversees inside and outside sales, agency training, sales analytics, national distribution P&L, and the Agribusiness specialty unit while partnering with Business Insurance field leadership.
