The VP/SVP, Lending Operations will build, launch, and operate the lending operations function for CanWise Financial, Ratehub’s CMHC-approved mortgage lender. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive leadership role is responsible for establishing the operational infrastructure, teams, processes, and controls required to support a scalable, compliant, and high-performing lending business. The position involves end-to-end accountability for underwriting, servicing, technology implementation, regulatory compliance, and operational P&L management.
