About this role
The Warehouse / Site Manager serves as the strategic leader for an ADS facility, overseeing all warehouse and production activities across two locations. The role manages the facility’s P&L through efficient labor utilization and optimized kitting and throughput. It also functions as the primary liaison for high-value cosmetics and beauty clients, ensuring service levels and fulfillment rates are met or exceeded. The position reports to the Group Operations Manager and includes responsibility for site-wide performance and reporting.
