Warehouse Operations Supervisor

This role supervises daily warehouse operations at Komatsu's Mesa Parts Distribution Center, overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of service parts. The position plays a key part in the startup and growth of a greenfield operation by establishing operational discipline, developing team capability, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The supervisor leads a team of 15-40 employees while supporting the facility's operational ramp-up and long-term performance objectives.
