The Warehouse Supervisor provides day-to-day direction and supervision of warehouse personnel while performing lead-level inventory control and warehouse operations work. This role plans and assigns daily work, trains and develops staff, monitors performance and attendance, enforces safety and quality standards, and serves as the first point of escalation for operational and personnel issues.
