Warranty Administrator

The Warranty Administrator prepares and submits warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and ensures accurate warranty documentation. This role works closely with branch locations and manufacturers to manage warranty processes and maintain control of warranty expenses. The position represents Ziegler to customers and vendors and supports continuous improvement of warranty procedures.
