The Warranty Administrator prepares and processes warranty documents, submits paperwork to manufacturers, and tracks claims to ensure timely resolution. This role involves scheduling warranty appointments, coordinating with vendors for replacement parts, and staying current on factory recalls and announcements. The position is based onsite at the Shorewood dealership.
