Warranty Coordinator

The Warranty Coordinator role involves documenting, processing, and filing standard warranty claims while maintaining accurate records in the company's ERP/CRM system. The position requires coordinating with service and purchasing teams to secure necessary documentation and parts for warranty repairs, as well as monitoring in-process claims to ensure service level agreements are met. Additionally, the coordinator will receive and code warranty credits, partner with accounting for reconciliation, and support internal and vendor audits.
