Waste Champion 1st shift

The Waste Champion manages the full waste stream of materials on a daily basis, leading process improvements using Lean methodologies to reduce waste and meet corporate objectives. This role involves analyzing waste data, identifying gaps in reporting processes, and collaborating with quality and production leaders to resolve issues. The position requires strong data analysis skills and the ability to drive actionable improvements on the production floor.
