Welcome Center Navigator

The Welcome Center Navigator serves as the welcoming face of the American Job Center, greeting customers and supporting their journey to self-sufficiency by helping them develop and enact employment plans. The role involves managing the intake process, maintaining consistent records of interactions, and assisting customers in identifying the best methods to meet their employment goals through program enrollment or referrals. This position also supports the WIOA intake process, manages call center duties, and assists with enrollment and outreach goals.
