Welder

The Welder position is responsible for safely and efficiently welding Company products according to specifications while producing high-quality work that meets daily production schedules. This role requires strong knowledge of welding processes, fixtures, and plant organization to ensure safety and continuous improvement. The position reports to the Supervisor of Aluminum Products and involves maintaining a clean work area and performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
