Welder

The Welder position is responsible for safely and efficiently welding Company products according to specifications while producing high-quality work that meets daily production schedules. This role requires demonstrating strong knowledge of welding processes, fixtures, plant organization, safety protocols, and continuous improvement. The position reports to the Supervisor of Aluminum Products and involves maintaining a clean, organized work area while adhering to all safety and quality standards.
