Welder

This role involves welding a variety of aluminum and steel configurations, including single-pass and multi-pass fillets and full penetration joints, while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards. The position requires mentoring less-skilled workers, maintaining a clean worksite, and ensuring compliance with Austal USA standards and project specifications. The welder must be flexible to work shifts or overtime and capable of performing tasks across different trades as directed.
