Wellness Coach

The Wellness Coach is responsible for increasing membership growth and retention by strengthening member commitment through authentic personal relationships and serving as the primary point of support in the wellness center. The role involves partnering with the Member Experience Representative to create a welcoming connection experience for new members and maintaining a clean and safe exercise environment. This position focuses on motivating members, educating them on healthy lifestyles, and building lasting relationships within the YMCA community.
