Wellness Coordinator

The Wellness Coordinator supports Christus Health by providing community support services to team members across southeastern Texas and southwestern Louisiana. This role connects employees with resources addressing social determinants of health, such as housing, food access, and financial assistance, while conducting needs assessments and facilitating wellness education.
