Wellness Partner

The Wellness Partner delivers engaging, inclusive, and person-centred wellness activities to support residents' physical, emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing at the Redcliffe Aged Care Facility. This role involves building respectful relationships with residents, collaborating with care staff and clinical teams, and guiding volunteers to ensure meaningful participation and quality of life. The position requires facilitating group and one-on-one activities while maintaining accurate records and adhering to organisational policies and safety standards.
