About this role
The Claims Research & Resolution Representative 3 manages claims operations involving customer contact, investigation, and settlement of claims for and against the organization. This role performs advanced administrative and operational support duties which require independent initiative and judgment, working closely with insurance companies and internal resources to validate claims payments and request refunds for overpayments.
