Women's Philanthropy Manager

The Women's Philanthropy Manager builds and strengthens engagement and philanthropic support through targeted initiatives, managing donor relationships and coordinating fundraising strategies. This role oversees the Lion of Judah program and develops meaningful programming to inspire women to deepen their connection to the Jewish community and the Federation's mission. The position collaborates with staff, lay leaders, and volunteers to advance annual campaign goals and foster a culture of philanthropy and leadership development.
