The Workday HRIS Specialist supports and maintains HRIS systems and modules (Core Data, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) while assisting with the implementation and transition to a new HRIS and maintaining Ceridian Dayforce through 2025. The role partners with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to configure, test, and launch Workday modules and supports ongoing system enhancements and user adoption. The position requires strong Excel skills, adaptability to new systems, and handling of sensitive and confidential information. This role can be performed remotely within PST, MST, or CST hours.
