Workday System Administrator

Hays Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Workday System Administrator to lead the technical and functional administration of the Workday HCM platform through implementation and beyond. This role serves as the primary in-house Workday expert, partnering with HR, IT, and Payroll to configure, test, deploy, and continuously improve the system. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on implementation experience and independently manage configuration, security, integrations, and reporting while building the long-term administrative foundation for the platform.
