The Case Manager, reporting to the Manager, Worker’s Compensation, supports employees who are off work or at risk of being off work due to workplace injuries by assessing barriers and coordinating return-to-work or alternative plans. The role acts as a liaison between employees, employers, and provincial workers’ compensation boards to ensure timely resolution of claims. The position is part of the organization’s occupational health and compensation functions and offers opportunities for development within a growing global company.
